Hand-harvested on December 4th 2023, crushed by foot, macerated overnight, gently pressed over a long cycle, fermented and aged in used barriques.

Yellow-fruited bouquet, orange peel, on the palate quince and mandarin, an elegant balance of acidity and fruit. A cool, refreshing touch.
