The idea for our vermouth was born one morning during harvest, when the scent of wild mugwort drifted through the air. How could we possibly capture that moment? Take a naturally sweet wine, fortify it with our own grape spirit and add seven herbs and spices. Voilà!

From the following herbs and fruits – some even picked from our own vineyards – we made extracts and blended them with our yeast spirit and Chardonnay. Miraculix would be proud!
