For us, that means: top-notch Welschriesling. Unfined, unfiltered and in a convenient 1-litre bottle for a small thirst. Cool, fresh, fun.
Vineyard & Cellar
Hand-picked on September 15th 2023. 50% fermented in large acacia barrels, 50% carbonic maceration, aged on fine lees for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered.
In the Glass
Brassy yellow; aromas of orange peel, hay flowers and ripe pineapple. Wild, fresh, easy-drinking with a subtle bitterness and extravagantly herbal. The punk of our wines.
