A wild creature from in the hot summer of 2018 — growing into an extraordinarily powerful white wine. Its strengths truly shine at the table, pairing beautifully with hearty roasts, spicy seasoned vegetable dishes, washed-rind cheeses and truffle chips.

Hand-picked fully ripe grapes, fermented in acacia barrel and aged on fine lees for 10 months.
In the Glass
Brassy yellow colour, a subtly smoky-spicy nose, ripe aromas, impressive body and fine acidity. Decanting is recommended.
