Furmint

Once, Furmint was the most widely planted grape variety in Rust. In 1681, the citizens purchased the town’s free-city rights with a Ruster Ausbruch made from Furmint. To this day, every drop carries the story of this great tradition. A rare masterpiece — so rare, so distinctive, so moving.

Vineyard & Cellar

Hand-picked on November 29th 2023, crushed by foot, macerated for 24 hours. Fermentation and maturation in a small acacia barrel.

In the Glass

Golden yellow, aromas of lemon blossom and a bouquet of tropical fruits such as passion fruit, mango and lychee fresh from the tree.
