Soulwine in its purest form
Our Pinot Gris – the Soulman – was brought to the Lake Neusiedl region by Cistercian monks in the Middle Ages. Aged in small wooden barrels in the Burgundian tradition, it reveals itself as powerful, soulful, and timeless.

Hand-picked on September 19th 2023, 24 hours of skin contact, fermented in used barriques and aged on fine lees for 10 months.

Deep golden colour with rosy highlights; nutty aromas; yellow-fruited, fleshy, powerful yet beautifully balanced.
