Vineyard & Cellar
Hand-picked grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks. The dosage was made from carefully selected Ruster Ausbruch – naturally from our own cellar. After 24 months of ageing on the lees, disgorged and finished as an Extra Brut sparkling wine.
In the Glass
bright and vibrant. Fresh green apple, citrus zest and a hint of brioche on the nose. On the palate, precise and dry, with fine texture, lively acidity and a very elegant, straight-lined structure.
