Red Diversity, Rosé Day
High above the small free town of Rust, in the vineyard site Ruster, we planted nine different red grape varieties. From this wonderfully wild and exotic blend, we create a distinctive rosé using direct press. The varietal mix reads like a journey through Europe’s wine regions.

All varieties hand-picked from September 2th to 5th 2024, direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tank, aged on fine lees for 5 months.
